Upstream-downstream communication between packaging machines becomes critical when controlling flow and synchronizing product and materials into the machinery. Prudent design planning can devise a system whereas each of the individual machines in the system is controlled by a central MCC and PLC/PC. Overflow, accumulation, jam detection, and speed control etc. is accomplished thru Ethernet cable connection to our control panels.

Our software is designed to be highly user friendly, and is capable of hosting graphical screens showing conveyor and equipment status, as well as customized reporting screens for the conveyor and equipment.
