Dematic Systems "Smart Chain" is a roller-less accumulation conveyor that uses a 4½" plastic matte top chain instead of a traditional roller for its bed conveyor surface. Accumulation zones are photo-electrically controlled.

Application

Common use of this equipment is for consistent case size applications, where product is subject to "scarring" or "marring" of finished goods graphics. Higher speeds are acceptable.
